Die Reihe der Versuchsanordnungen beginnt damit, dass Vulkane in Berlin, einer ständig im Umbruch begriffenen Stadt, ausfindig gemacht, beobachtet und dokumentiert werden.* Als Vulkanforscherin verfolgt die Künstlerin die Entstehung von Erdskulpturen, die Formen von Aufschüttungen / earth art work ** und eruiert das ästhetische und kulturelle Potential des Themas. Sie erstellt Prognosen und unter- breitet der Industrie- und Handelskammer und den beteilig ten Investoren konzeptuelle Vorschläge und Zeichnungen zum Erhalt einer lebendigen Mitte mit einer Intervall-Sprengung als Simulation eines Vulkanausbruchs auf dem Potsdamer Platz. Die Öffentlichkeit wird durch performative Dia-Vorträge, einminütige TV-Spots, Medientürme, Annoncen, Info- blätter und Ausstellungen auf dem Laufenden gehalten.

This series of experimental arrangements begins with the discovery, observation, and documentation of volcanoes in Berlin, a city in constant upheaval.* In her capacity as a volcanologist, the artist traces the emergence of earth sculptures, studies the formations of deposits / earth art sculptures,** and investigates the aesthetic and cultural potential of this subject matter. She makes forecasts and submits conceptual proposals and drawings to the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and investors, recommending that the vibrant nature of the district of Mitte be preserved by means of interval blasting simulating a volcanic eruption on Potsdamer Platz. The public is kept up to date through performative slide shows, sixty-second TV clips, media towers, advertisements, flyers, and exhibitions.
